Last week SAS Flight Academy signed a contract with flybe for Dash8-Q400 and Dash8-300 pilot training. flybe has been a customer at SAS Flight Academy for three years, and the new contract is a five-year exclusiveness contract and means increased training since flybe has 14 Q400s on order and additional 20 on options. The new Q400s will replace the Dash8-200/300 fleet, but are also additional capacity to its fleet.
