RALEIGH, N.C., Dec. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The HR-XML Consortium has approved a sophisticated new upgrade to its versatile Staffing Exchange Protocol (SEP). The new version of SEP was approved in a recent vote by the HR-XML Consortium's more than 100 member organizations.
SEP is a set of data exchange standards that enables employers, job boards and career portals, applicant tracking systems, and other HR solutions to flexibly exchange position opening and candidate data without the time- consuming and costly development of custom system interfaces.
