Seeking to become more of a player in a fast-growing market, the Cleveland Clinic is expanding its weight management program for adults and is considering developing a similar program for children.
The Clinic has recruited as its second gastric bypass surgeon, Dr. Stan Rogers, who comes to Cleveland from the University of California at San Francisco. Dr. Rogers will start work at the Clinic on Dec. 1 and will enable the Clinic to perform more surgeries that help the morbidly obese to lose weight.
