Article: Good news from Porto Alegre; bad news from Washington.(Editorial)

Two comments that CNT readers regularly pass on to us are: 1) thanks for the news and the commentary that cannot be found anywhere else, and 2) the necessity of hearing good news stories. We try to keep this in mind every issue.
