Following Oxoid's successful Food Seminar Day at the Ardencote Manor Hotel, Warwickshire. where key figures from the UK food industry spoke about current issues in food and drink hygiene and safety. First prizes were awarded in four categories: Oxoid Technician of the Year, where the winner was Mark Hayes of Southern Salads.
