When residents of the new RiverPark Condominiums are asked why they purchased a unit there, their answer is typically the same: the spectacular water view and the convenience of being downtown.
Located at the corner of Tazewell and Harbour streets in downtown Norfolk, the luxury condominiums are being built along Freemason Harbour, next to Friendship Park and Pagoda Garden Tea House & Gallery.
Once construction is completed in the spring, the project will consist of 44 units in two separate buildings. All of the units have spacious balconies and about half have water views.
