AS WAVE AFTER WAVE OF SCANDAL EMERGES from corporate America, it's clear that many business leaders have shelved their ideals of ethics and integrity for the sake of profit, It is truly a problem of ethic proportions. However, in today's era of sweeping change, ethics and integrity are more needed than ever before. To abandon our ethics and integrity will only cause incredible pain and suffering--to shareholders to corporations, to individuals and to society as a whole.
In light of recent developments, many companies will reinforce their integrity by revising their mission statements and offering ethics training. That's a good start But to truly remedy this issue ...
