The Swedish business development company Industriforvaltnings AB Kinnevik said on Monday (8 December) that its board of directors had accepted a plan to restructure the ownership of its forest industry subsidiary Korsnas' forestry assets in Sweden.
The Swedish forestry assets of Korsnas and the Finnish forest industry company Stora Enso Oyj would be combined in a new company, called Bergvik Skog AB.
