Human rights organizations to urge Kuchma to veto law of telecommunications

Kyiv, November 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Ukrainian human rights organizations intend to apply to the Ukraine's President Leonid Kuchma with a request to veto the law of telecommunications, passed by Verkhovna Rada last week, as the document introduces mounting of monitoring equipment.

The organizations are collecting signatures under the appeal to be sent in the near future.
