ROCHESTER, N.Y., and NORWALK, Conn. - Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) and Kodak Polychrome Graphics (KPG) announced today they have agreed to end a reseller agreement in the United States under which KPG sells Xerox mid-range and entry level production equipment and related products. This reseller agreement will end effective January 1, 2004.
