SEOUL, Dec. 10 (Yonhap) -- Facing a months-long dispute with county residents over the construction of South Korea's first nuclear waste dump, the government is highly likely to seek additional applicants for the controversial facility.A strong indication of this came from Commerce, Industry and Energy Minister Yoon Jin-sik, who said Wednesday, "When Wido Islet was earlier selected as the site for the nuclear waste facility, the opinions of Buan County residents were not faithfully reflected."
