Plymouth Michigan International Ice Sculpture Spectacular, North America's oldest and largest ice carving event, runs Jan. 15 through Jan 19, 2004. The free family event features hundreds of original works by professional, amateur and student ice carvers and annually draws 500,000 visitors.
