SAN ANTONIO, Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- San Antonio-based test publisher Harcourt Assessment, Inc., announced today that it will acquire Swets Test International (STI) from Dutch publishing company Royal Swets & Zeitlinger.
STI is a leading publisher in the Dutch testing market, offering products and services for professionals in the fields of human resource management, health care and education. STI also operates testing businesses in Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Belgium.
