International hotel operators are focusing on the Middle East as one of the world's main tourism growth areas, with a series of new hotel projects announced to coincide with the World Travel Market exhibition in London on 10-12 November.
Abu Dhabi-based Rotana Hotels has signed two agreements to manage new hotels in Lebanon, including a 150-room, four-star hotel on the Beirut-Damascus road, and a 170-room hotel in the Raouche district of Beirut.
