CHENGDU, Dec 12 Asia Pulse - German company Fresenius Medical Care, one of the leading dialysis products and services providers in the world, will invest over US$2.42 million to build a dialysis center in Chengdu, the capital of southwest China's Sichuan province.
An agreement was signed between the provincial people's hospital affiliated to the Sichuan Provincial Academy of Medical Sciences and the German company on Wednesday.
The first phase project of the center will have 50 beds with accompanying dialysis sets, and will begin operation in two months.
