CS & Associates, LLC and Oak Ridge City Center, LLC announces that their affiliate, Oak Ridge City Center II, LLC, purchased the balance of the Oak Ridge Mall property from Crown Investments Trust today. The purchase price for the remainder of the property was $4.6M. Oak Ridge City Center, LLC purchased most of the mall property in June, 2003.
