Dec. 13--Buying a minivan a few months ago was another sign that I'm fast approaching the wrong end of the 18-to-34 demographic.
Vanity was never a vice.
But sitting behind the wheel of this conspicuous symbol of suburban bliss does nothing for the masculine ego.
That's why I limit minivan use to weekends and family trips.
And that's why the minivan stayed in the driveway last week when I covered a town meeting on U.S. trade policies at the Temple Fire Company.
