Richard Behler, former managing director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management will join Chartwell Investment Partners as a managing partner and senior portfolio manager of large-cap value, according to a statement released to IMW on Dec. 8.

Behler, who lead the value team formerly known as Miller Anderson & Sherrerd, was terminated along with dozens of other portfolio managers throughout Morgan Stanley offices.
