Freightliner Trucks introduced enhancements to the Century Class S/T that include bolder styling and additional performance benefits, such as increased cooling capacity and better headlamp light distribution.
The new chrome grille improves the frontal view without altering the aerodynamics or visibility of the original design, according to the company. The grille also allows for more cooling capacity to accommodate new, hotter-running low-emissions engines. The new grille and lower panel increase the frontal opening to 55 percent of the total surface area.
