While watching some of the recent golf tournaments, it dawned on me that I did not recognize many of the new names on the leader board. Boy, these guys are tough and they are prepared! To get on that leader board, this "new generation" of golfers has really had to differentiate themselves.

As I watched, I couldn't help but think about the similarities with training and development of the younger managers in our industry. What are the keys to the success of our up and coming leaders?
