Officials at The Rouse Company (NYSE:RSE) and at ING Clarion, a subsidiary of Netherlands-based ING Group, announced today that The Rouse Company and a client advised by ING Clarion have agreed to purchase Mizner Park, a mixed-use project in Boca Raton, Fla., from affiliates of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA). Affiliates of The Rouse Company and of ING Clarion's client, will be 50% joint venture partners in the office and retail components of the projects, and ING Clarion's client will solely own the residential elements.
