NEW ORLEANS - With no trades or free-agent signings imminent, the White Sox have been very quiet at the winter meetings.
But new Sox manager Ozzie Guillen had plenty to say Saturday, and most of his comments centered around his relationship with Frank Thomas.
After being hired to replace Jerry Manuel on Nov. 3, Guillen was typically candid when asked about Thomas.
Saying his former teammate needs to "play my way" created some instant controversy, but Guillen doesn't understand what all the fuss is about.
