Islamabad, Dec 16 (ANTARA) - President Megawati Soekarnoputri said here on Tuesday her visit to Pakistan had been shortened not because of a recent bombing incident there. "That was not at all the reason behind my decision to shorten my stay here by several hours," she told Indonesian newsmen at the Hotel Marriott here. She said she believed the Pakistani government was quite capable of ensuring the safety of state guests. A bomb, apparently meant for President Pervez Musharaf, exploded at around 7.15 pm on Sunday at the Jhandachichi bridge in Rawalpindi, several kilometers from Islamabad, not long after Musharaf's motorcade passed the bridge.
