Dec. 16--Christmas is in the air in Indianapolis.
Just not as thick as in St. Louis or more than 100 other cities where at least one radio station is playing holiday music 24 hours a day through Christmas.
"Ha! Bah, humbug," said Jeff Allen, program director at Emmis Communications-owned WMLL-FM (104.1) in St. Louis, which has been playing all holiday music all the time since a week before Thanksgiving. "You guys are just sitting there in your little circular city with nothing."
