Dec. 17--Kohl's Corp. is expected to announce Thursday it is building a distribution center in south Bibb County which could employ up to 300 workers, sources close to the deal said Tuesday.
Kohl's, based in Menomonee Falls, Wis., operates specialty department stores featuring national-brand merchandise and sells apparel, shoes, accessories and home products, according to its Web site.
