A Pennsylvania-based company plans a development that could be worth as much as $100 million and include three buildings with a total of 500,000 square feet of highly visible office space along I-75 in Auburn Hills.
Pitcairn Properties Inc., based in Jenkintown, Pa., received approval from the Auburn Hills City Council on Dec. 1 for the planned-unit development.
The site, tentatively called Pitcairn Place, is west of The Palace of Auburn Hills, north of Taylor Road between Giddings Road and I-75.
Plans call for a three-story building with about 90,000 square feet, a four-story building with about 120,000 ...
