The BBC's new commercial media services business, BBC Ventures, has added its name to the list of transmission centres in line to pitch for two of Asia's most lucrative broadcast contracts--Discovery Networks Asia and MTV Networks Asia. The pitches are part of the BBC's latest global ambitions, and come as the corporation completes its Media Village broadcast centre alongside Television Centre in West London.
