SANTA MONICA, Calif., Dec. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- In the window of a new low carb market opening on Friday should be a "Grand Opening" sign. In its place, the sign reads, "100% of the profits from our Grand Opening will be donated to the Laci Peterson Fund. In loving memory of Laci and Conner." The notice also includes photos of Laci. Brad Saltzman, who served as Chief Volunteer for the search for Laci and Conner and General Manager at the Red Lion Hotel in Modesto, California where the command center was based will donate 100% of the profits from the grand opening day of his low carb market to the Laci Peterson Fund.
