Ridewell Suspensions has introduced a new auxiliary axle suspension system for vocational truck applications such its block haulers, cement trucks, construction vehicles, dump trucks, grain bottles, milk trucks, refuse vehicles and over-the-highway tractors. The Mono-Lift 225 system has a 25,000 lb. capacity and can be used in the pusher or tag position.
The nonsteerable, air ride/air-lift unit offers a weight savings of 82.5 lb. over previous units designed for 22,000 and 25,000 lb. axles, the company said.
