Ned Flanders of The Simpsons is probably the most recognizable Christian to North American youth--more so than the Pope or Billy Graham and just behind Christ. He's been on the cover of Christianity Today and other magazines as the shining example of our faith.
Ned lives next door to Homer Simpson and is the opposite of Homer in every way. Ned is a hunk, his children are well-behaved, his wife is a babe, his house is clean, his bills and taxes are paid, and his life is perfectly ordered.
