IT and business process outsourcing (BPO) provider Northgate Information Systems Plc has launched its offshore BPO arm in India.
According to reports, Hemel Hempstead-based Northgate IS opened its Indian offshore operation to focus on the telecoms sector, opening up a 110 person-strong facility in Hyderabad to provide BPO services based from offshore services provider Appologic Broadband.
