MILWAUKEE _ Andrea Prasse, the Wisconsin native who sued the Air Force Academy for wrongfully suspending her over an alleged honor code violation and then refused to negotiate a settlement, has won a complete victory.
In a rare move, Prasse's suspension has been overruled by the head of the Air Force and will be stricken from the record, and she will receive her degree from the academy, the Air Force confirmed Monday.
"This is a decision of the secretary of the Air Force, which is a complete vindication of Andrea's position," said Madison, Wis. attorney Lester Pines, who helped with Prasse's case.
