Auguste-Thouard sees $22 million Shelton purchase as jewel of a deal
SHELTON -- An international investment group led by Greenwich-based developer Auguste-Thouard Corp. has purchased the Philips Medical Systems building at 710 Bridgeport Ave. in Shelton for $22 million.
The 450,000-square-foot office and industrial complex is located on 36 acres near the Route 8 corridor.
Philips will continue to occupy an existing office and warehouse containing some 300,000 square feet, or about 65 percent of the building, under a 10-year leaseback arrangement.
