Hanoi --The World Bank's Board of Directors yesterday approved a US$225 million credit for the Road Network Improvement Project to assist the Ministry of Transport improve the quality of the national road network in Vietnam. The project will reduce transport costs and travel times on national roads throughout Vietnam and increase access to markets and jobs for people living in the northern part of the country.
