A serial bank robber sporting a fake mustache, which is apparently drawn on with a pencil, struck for the eighth time this year, hitting a St. Paul credit union on Monday, the FBI reported.
"We've had serial bank robbers this year and have arrested several of them, but this guy is the most prolific still out there," said Paul McCabe, FBI spokesman. "We have to get this guy off the street."
The man robbed the Retail Employees Credit Union, 1685 S. Robert St., at 10:30 a.m. It was the second time in just over three months that he has robbed that bank, the FBI said.
