What do you do in your new job? I train Bell Mortgage loan officers to work specifically with underserved segments of the Minnesota homebuying public including members of the Hispanic, Hmong, Somalian and other minority communities, as well as individuals with low to moderate incomes. Bell Mortgage will offer specific loan programs that can accommodate the cultural differences, along with providing education regarding the home buying process - which itself can be an intimidating experience, especially for a first-time buyer.
