JEFFERSON CITY, Mo., Dec. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The Missouri Partnership on Smoking or Health expressed disappointment over Jefferson City Mayor John Landwehr's veto of the smokefree restaurants bill, which was recently passed by the City Council and would have made Jefferson City restaurants healthier, smokefree environments.
