Dec. 23--A new breakfast-and-lunch cafe has arrived at the old Classen Circle -- an area that has been dubbed "breakfast boulevard," where Sunday brunchers often flock to the ancient Classen Grill, newer Jimmy's Egg and chain-owned International House of Pancakes on Classen Boulevard.
But what sets the newcomer, Chicas Mexican Cafe, apart from the others is that it serves up authentic Mexican cuisine a-la-carte to humans, as well as ice cream to dogs.
