Purchasing pros from Polaroid and around the world look at the problems
Too often, suggests Polaroid's vice-president of purchasing and materials management, Warren E. Norquist, supplier partnering is based on nice feelings rather than hard facts.
Norquist is one of a growing number of purchasing and materials managers who are starting to put teeth into their programs to develop world class supplier partners.
