Member banks in the Twelfth Federal Reserve District have re-elected California banker Richard Hartnack and consultant Barbara Wilson to the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco for three-year terms beginning Jan. 1, 2004. In their role as directors, Hartnack and Wilson will provide the Federal Reserve System with economic information on their respective industries and on the Twelfth District's nine-state economy.
