The local PROJECT MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT CO. (PMD) is currently gearing-up to build a new petrochemical complex in Saudi Arabia. In so doing, PMD recently retained the services of UK-based FOSTER WHEELER ENERGY LTD. (FWEL) a subsidiary of FOSTER WHEELER CORP. of the US.
