Dec. 30--Starting this summer, graduate students at West Virginia University can learn how to bust white-collar criminals in a new program like none other in the country.
Forensic accounting -- detecting illegal financial dealings -- is nothing new. That's how federal investigators toppled Enron, WorldCom and other corporations.
