Karachi, Jan.03 (PPI): Major record of Health Department, Government of Sindh reduced to ashes when a fire broke out early Saturday morning at 6th Floor Sindh Secretariat possibly due to electric short circuit. The fire broke out in the wee hours at 6th Floor of new Sindh Secretariat building where Health Department is located gutting most of the record but fortunately no casualty happened.
