Karachi Jan 03 PPI: Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) consumer's public dealing time have been increased and the consumers can now visit their respective billing zones from 09.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 2.00 p.m to 4.00 p.m. previously consumer's visiting hours were restricted to 09.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. This was decided at a meeting held here today at KESC Head Office presided over by Head of Army Monitoring Teams (ATMs) Brig. Javed Iqbal. Brig. Directed that regular open-katcheries at Zonal level should be organized by KESC senior officers to hear and rectify billing complaints.
