WHILE BRANDING MIGHT have helped jump-start the jelly bean sector a few years ago, today suppliers are turning to flavor and packaging innovation to further drive sales.
Sources tell PROFESSIONAL CANDY BUYER flavor innovation peaks the interest of older consumers and can help extend the sector beyond Easter.
