Willis Group Holdings Ltd., a New York insurance broker, said Monday it has acquired the assets of Vision Insurance Group, a Montgomery, Ala., risk management and insurance brokerage firm.
The New York insurance broker did not say how much it paid for Vision Insurance, which last year generated revenues of $3 million.
The transaction closed Monday, the companies said.
