TRENTON, N.J., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute Chairman David L. Knowlton was named this month to two prestigious national medical quality boards, giving the state and the Quality Institute important new stature in the on-going quality debate.
Mr. Knowlton was appointed to The Leapfrog Group Board of Directors and was named to the National Quality Forum's "Standardizing Cardiac Surgery Performance Measures Project" Steering Committee. He is the only New Jersey member on either the Leapfrog Group Board or the National Quality Forum's Steering Committee.
