SEOUL, Jan. 5 (Yonhap) -- At the behest of leader Kim Jong-il, North Korea is waging a massive anti-smoking campaign, South Korea's state television reported Monday. After Kim singled out smokers as one of three major national idiots, along with those who are ignorant of computers and music, the North's communist government is urging its people to quit smoking, said KBS-TV.KBS-TV showed clips of North Korean television programs telling its viewers how harmful cigarette smoking is to their health.
