One of the Syracuse area's top-selling real estate agents has jumped ship.
Ellie Hayman, who was Gallinger GMAC Real Estate's top seller for each of the past 22 years, switched Thursday to r-house ERA, a company based in Buffalo that entered the Syracuse market just last year.
"Gallinger has been a fabulous company for me to work with," she said Monday. "But r-house approached me. They kind of courted me."
Hayman, 70, is a legend in the residential real estate market in Onondaga County. She has sold about $250 million worth of homes in the past 28 years, all with Gallinger. In 2002, she had sales of ...
