Jan. 7--A Duluth, Minn.-based company has applied for a patent on a promising new metal-etching technology developed by an in-house research and development team.
Ikonics Corp. already has about 20 patents to its credit, but Bill Ulland, the company's CEO, is excited by the new markets that most-recently developed products could unlock.
